Immediate Family Members

The Foundation will provide lodging for immediate family members at designated hotels in Frederick, Maryland, about 30 minutes from Emmitsburg. Lodging must be booked by the Foundation to receive these rooms at no charge.

Other Family Members and Friends

The Foundation has a limited number of additional rooms set aside for you in the family hotels. Please contact the Foundation so we can send you forms required to get a room from the reserved block. These rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Foundation will provide meals at designated locations for family members and friends of those being honored. These include a welcome reception on Friday, all Saturday meals, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
