Jenni McClelland

Jenni McClelland joined the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation staff in March 2006.

She coordinates the Foundation’s presence on the web, designs creative for our various marketing channels, and assists with a variety of marketing tasks at the Foundation. Jenni also enjoys capturing photos during many of the Foundation’s events.

Jenni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to her work for the NFFF, she worked as the website manager in the early years of Firehouse.com, Officer.com, and EMSResponder.com.

As part of a family with four generations in the fire service, Jenni dedicates her time to helping the community. She has been a member of the Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years. As the department’s Fire Marshal, she coordinated the community fire prevention and life safety outreach programs for nearly twenty years. Jenni has also held leadership positions including President, Vice President, has served on it on its Board of Directors, and chaired various other administrative committees. During her service, she has authored two successful grants for her department bringing much needed fire prevention and safety resources to the community. She currently serves as the department’s Vice President and on its Board of Directors.
