Kenneth F. Clinch‚ 52‚ a volunteer with the Mount Marion Fire Department‚ died on July 30‚ 1999‚ after suffering a heart attack while fighting an automobile fire. Retired from IBM‚ he owned a fire and ambulance company. Clinch had served as Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners and held numerous positions in the fire department.
