Michael J. Sims Sr.

Michael J. Sims‚ Sr.‚ 38‚ a 20-year volunteer with Highland Hose Company #1‚ Tarentum‚ died on November 3‚ 1999‚ after falling from an aerial truck during a response. Very active in youth activities‚ he coached Little League‚ floor hockey‚ and basketball. He served as president of the fire company for the three years before his death and led fundraising drives.
