It was my honor to represent Chief Trygar at the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial in Emmisburg, Md. I was attending NFA and was asked to accept the folded flag for this fallen hero. I will never forget Chief Trygar, even though I never met him, I lost a brother and will always remember his and his family’s sacrifices.
