  8. This was my first year doing this event and the first time I heard about it. It was a challenge for sure but, unfortunately I didn’t make it all the way. It was an honor to carry him with me. Even after the event I wore his badge most of the day. I did the event @ Lambeau Field on Sat. Sept. 16th. Next year I plan on doing it again with a better success rate. I want to carry him with me to the top. That is my goal. I really thought about him and his family as an individual basis. I’ll always carry him in my heart and have his family in my prayers and thoughts for the remander of my life. I will make it to the top and he’ll be with me!!

  12. I was a member of a National Organization called Exchange Club in Greele Colorado. In 2004 we provided a Field of Flags, one for every person lost on 9/11/2001. The flags were flown on a field at our local college for several days. I purchased a flag with Thomas Cullen’s name attached. I taught in a maximum security Juvenile center for 13 years and displayed the flag in my classroom. I made sure every student knew the sacrifice of Fireman Thomas Cullen. I have always wondered if his family would want this flag now that I am retired. God Bless Thomas Cullen.
