Fuel in a Bottle® is doing more than giving customers some extra energy. Through its Fuel the Fund Campaign, the company has signed on as a new supporter of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF).

Fuel in a Bottle donations will be directed to Foundation programs that honor the fallen, assist their survivors and help prevent future line-of-duty deaths and injuries. Through this partnership, Fuel in a Bottle will help sponsor local events held by the Foundation, such as memorial stair climbs.

“We are inspired and grateful for the Foundation’s efforts in local communities to help our fire heroes,” said Erin Kelly, vice president of marketing and new business development for BYB Brands. “The Fuel the Fund campaign is a way for us to support the progress they have made toward preventing line-of-duty deaths and helping families and co-workers of fallen firefighters. We urge everyone to contribute to this amazing cause, including purchasing their favorite Fuel in a Bottle flavor.”

“Through the generosity from Fuel in a Bottle and its valued customers, we can fulfill our mission of honoring our nation’s fallen firefighters, providing assistance and resources to their loved ones, and offering programs and training to fire departments to prevent line of duty deaths and injuries,” explained Chief Ron Siarnicki, executive director of the NFFF. “This partnership also introduces the Foundation to a broad group of citizens who appreciate the commitment and service of the fire service in their community.”
