Elizabeth is currently enrolled at the University of Hawaii at Manoa studying Biology. Her goal is to graduate with her bachelor’s and then attend Veterinary School at University of California. Elizabeth plans to obtain a career as a veterinarian with a focus on larger animals.
Elizabeth began volunteering at the age of 16 with a mission’s trip to Mexico to build houses for orphans. This experience caused volunteer work to become one of her great loves next to animals. Since then she has volunteered for beach clean ups, at schools to assist staff and students and eventually volunteering with local animal shelters. Upon moving to Hawaii for school, her time to volunteer and opportunities have been limited.
Elizabeth is described as passionate, caring, bright, happy, engaging and a studious young lady. She takes education very seriously and is excited to be the first member of the Moorman family to graduate from college.
