Jack currently attends Manhattan College in the pursuit of his original desired career choice, engineering design. He has found in the last year that while taking courses such as structural analysis and fluid mechanics that he would like to focus on and pursue a career in structural engineering. Jack is currently seeking an internship where he can be involved in the pre-development phase of building projects.

Jack has embraced the academic rigors of college while focused on his education. He was formally involved in the Manhattan College Crew Team but due to the time commitment, he took a step back to focus on his academics. Jack remains involved in intramural football, softball, and basketball while continuing to volunteer with the John Bellew Memorial Foundation.

Professor Gerarda Shields states, “Jack displays academic excellence, upstanding character, and strong communication skills. His recent oral presentation was, by far, the most engaging, technically detailed, and one of the most memorable of my 15-year career. He is respectful, considerate, and mature.”
