Your sister and your mother were devastated when you died, and I remember getting the call from the city attempting to notify them that you were gone. I look up to your courage and determination as I start my own journey in the Fire Service in Frederick County, Maryland. I hope to be as strong and as bold as you were, and will always keep you in my mind during my own service. I know you will be by my side everyday.
