Michael A. Butler‚ 33‚ a Los Angeles City firefighter‚ died on March 23‚ 1998‚ in a helicopter crash while transporting a patient to a hospital in Los Angeles. He was a firefighter/paramedic. Two other firefighters and the patient also died.
