Robert Odell Binkley, born November 18, 1952. He was hired at the Nashville Fire Department on June 2, 1975 and was assigned as an Engineer to Engine 12 B shift on the Hazardous Materials Response engine and High Rise Rescue. During a water rescue training on January 15, 1987, he suffered a heart attack.
