I worked with Tim’s wife Debbie and I will always remember how proud of Tim she was and always spoke so highly of him as a dad , husband and firefighter for NYC. I knew Tim for only a short time , but I will always remember his kindness and he truly was a gentle giant. Thank you Tim for your bravery and your service to the people of NYC. God Bless you always as you are an angel of God.

This past Saturday (09/16/2017) I walked for Timothy at Lambeau Field, during the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in Greeen Bay, Wisconsin. It was a very emotional climb for me as I thought of Timothy and how he helped others on that terrible day in American history. I’m very honored to have represented him during the climb. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. Much love and admiration to you Timothy and your family.

I had the honor of running for Tim McSweeney today at the 9/11 Run to Remember 5k in Sacramento, Ca. After the race, I placed an American Flag by his name to honor his sacrifice and commitment to our great country.

I am honored to have walked in Timothy’s honor at the 9/11/19 Memorial Hill Climb at Red Rocks, Colorado. Bless your family, and thank you for your bravery and your service.

In the World Golf Village area / St Augustine, FL on 9/11/21, there was a 9/11 5K walk/run planned and donations for Tunnel to Towers. I picked up my number and I was to choose a badge from the table — they had photos of each firefighter who perished on 9/11. I looked at them all but kept going back to FF Timothy McSweeney LAD 3 – like his spirit was talking to me. I picked up his badge and wore it. I woke up early the next morning and started watching a show I had recorded – The Long Island Medium – In Memory of 9/11. She spoke with a lady whose brother was Pat (don’t have last name) the Captain of Ladder Company 3 — I jumped up and got TMc’s badge … yes I remembered it was Ladder 3. I was stunned and listened to her story and even the Captain’s voice in a recording they had — “they were still on their way up to rescue those above the 35th Floor”. The Captain lost 12 of his brave firefighters that day. I am so proud and honored that I was able to walk with Timothy’s badge — his spirit was truly with me. May your family be at peace and may Timothy RIP. He will from this day forward be in my prayers. (I was living in NY on that day 9/11/01.)

I am running the Tunnels to Towers Race in my town, Donnellson, Iowa. We were all given a card with someone’s picture to run in memory of. I have FF Timothy McSweeney. This race is tomorrow, July 4 th, 2022. I will be thinking of him during my race and praying for his family. I just wanted you to know. May God Bless you all. Jody Ramatowski.
