Vinny‚ a loving husband and father‚ was a devoted son and family man who always enjoyed life to the fullest and taught others to do the same. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed many outdoors sports including surfing‚ sailing‚ bicycling‚ skiing‚ and snowboarding. Vinny loved his life as a New York City firefighter‚ especially the ‘Brotherhood.’ What was closest to his heart was the knowledge that he was able to help other people.
To those who knew him‚ he was a caring‚ generous person with a great sense of humor‚ which included playing the most light-hearted of practical jokes.
Vinny touched the lives and hearts of all that knew him.
